Hi everyone. Hope your week is going good. We use to have a lot of slugs but now it seems we have a lot of snails. I like them a little bit better, because when I work in my garden I'm not always getting slimed now lol.

I usually welcome the snails in my yard because I can go out in the early morning and harvest them in fairly good numbers and then feed them to my large red earred slider turtles. Free, wholesome food for them and I get to putter in the garden during the best part of the day. Nice shot.

I'm with you - snails over slugs any day! At least the snails are easy to pick up and throw away, and they ARE pretty! (Notice how I'm struggling to find something nice to say about the little buggers!) Your photograph is great, though. The light on the shell is really nice!
