Description
I had a little fun with this one. It had a black background. I applied the Flaming Pear flood to it, and it caused a little 'trick of the eye' effect. I hope you'll take a closer look, so you'll notice! Then I used a little Xero's Sparkles for the stars. UF. Edging 'n' sig done in PSP. Enjoy! (:

Thank you for the funny/nice/entertaining comments on 'Tittering!' This is a perfect example of the fractal talking to me. It told me to name it that, and I had to go look up the definition on google. I found that it means 'a nervous giggle,' and it does seem to fit the fractal. Gorgeous! It reminds me of the " Burning Of The Rhine", Every year they have fires at all the castles up and down the Rhine river in Germany, The flames are reflected in the water. The stars are always out and there's sometimes fireworks. You drift down the river on a boat or barge and watch. It's an amazing sight!
