Description
My supervisor had found a nest atop a cell-tower near Annapolis. Thinking, due to it's remoteness, that it might be a bald eagle or some other bird of prey, I went to check it out. As it turned out, it was another osprey nest, which was a slight disappointment. The rather animated bird apparently didn't agree with my arrival, and showed it by squawking & circling overhead. For the record, I was perhaps even 2x as far from this nest as I am from the other nest, so I'm not feeling too guilty.. *heh heh* The position of the sun & elevation of the bird made for some very different opportunities from those I have at the previous nest.
