The effect was done in Photoshop. I used an Omni lighting effect on the original image set to a bluish tint and 30% intensity, then I used the Render Clouds filter on a separate layer and blended the two layers using the Lighten blend mode and reduced the opacity on the Clouds to 75%. The "Poem" is the lyrics to the song Iris by the GooGoo Dolls from the movie City of Angels...It inspired this image. Credits are: Carly by Dalinise Gabriel by RuntimeDNA Clothing textures are by Shadybird, thanks for letting me test them! Background (tho you can't see it) is Infinity Cove by runtime DNA.
