Looks delicious! How about (fried) sliced mushrooms and other stuff (sliced peppers) for filling? It won't be Yorkshire anymore, but you might win over New York City!

Awesome image. I take this over flowers any day. Cut me a piece, I'll be right over. Very mouth watering.

Now that is what I call a "YORKSHIRE PUDDING" The correct way to eat it is, "place pudding on plate cover with rich gravy and eat" then without washing the plate "place roast beef, roast potato's peas and gravy" lift up knife and fork and enjoy!!! The photo's not bad either Dave!! #;0) Bisto!!!!! Makes a change from Bravo.

The correct way to eat Yorkshire pudding is as a starter with gravy - I'm a Yorkshireman, I know these things! lol. An excellent shot Dave - this should've been a contender for the food genre challenge comp!
