I like the postwork with the shadow and the concept. TG landscape is good for this theme, too. If you wish you could download TG Tech preview from Planetside, it allows you to import figures directly into the scene with the terrain. I would suggest posing the background wings at different points in the stroke to add a bit of variety.

oh, I like it!! for some reason it reminds me of the flying monkeys in The Wizard of Oz, great scene.
