Description
Captured 3/6/07 at the El Dorado Park Nature Center in Long Beach, California.
I call this a liberal tree because, other than one lone limb, it leans toward the left.
Of course, if I had photographed it from the opposite side, I would of had to title it a conservative tree.
I like the light/shade ambiance of this shot, emphasizing the textures, along with the tree having a clear perimeter all to itself, unobstructed by other arboreal growth.

I suppose you can call that a contrairy limb. :-) Very nice find. I like the way it is in a "clearing" and you have taken it from a great pov that uses that to the best advantage.
