Description

Vera (PeeWee) and myself went to Dungeness this afternoon. This is one of the shots I took there. Dungeness is a very strange place of old abandoned boats, engines, sheds and some things that just defy description or reason. It is also a truly unique natural habitat and to photograph it all would take a lifetime. Today the sun shone from an almost cloudless sky which is the conditions I prefer most to capture the stark beauty of this place. There is a full version if you click on the image. Alright, maybe it's me, but I like the little blue bag Vera mentioned. Perhaps because it echoes the color of the sky so perfectly. I like the texture in this, the same way I did the other. The detail is fabulous. LOL at calling it an ark. Your pov certainly makes it look much larger. Well done, Richard.
