Description

Here's the entire New York City Skyline from Legoland. On the left you can see the edges of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges as well. Grand Central Stations' there in the middle and you can even see lots of people in there as well. Maybe I'll try to merge the pair of photos it took to get them all in and upload it later. Though it's not at a great angle, so you won't even see all the detail. Weekend's half over...boohoo! Enjoy the Sunday! John

It's so strange to see all those people around those tiny buildings. Like a bunch of Gullivers in Lilliput. grin But a very clear photo. You're making me want to take a holiday to go see these.

Cool shot John, it is also very well framed- but check out the exposure; look at the sky and it is all white- this is where the manual settings really come in handy- judging from the exposure of the foreground mini-trees you can get away with stepping up the shutter speed or stepping down the f-stop (but higher in number) to get a quicker exposure, letting a touch less light hit the sensor for a prolonged period of time- this would give you the nice blue and cloud detail in the sky. Again, I must reiterate that this is a great shot and well framed - just start messing around with your camera more in manual mode and you will really begin to enjoy the control you have over the final image!

Even zoomed in, this STILL looks like a photo!!! I wonder if the Lego people just hired a bunch of child architecht prodegies and said "Right, now here's our idea....." Then to seal the deal, they hooked up with the people at Wonka and paid them all in chocolate. ................. Naaaah. LOL!!! Another Excellent Legoland photo John. Keep 'em comin, man!!! - Matt
