Description

Hi all, My first arty post in a long time. This is a scene for a contest at retro-scifi.com for a rocket fighter. My scenario is what would Flash Gordon be flying defending the earth after a few years of war with ming, and access to Mongo technology in the thirties. I'm calling this a Bell Astrobonita. The three ships were rendered against a white background, then dropped onto a photo of a dark sky I took. The rocket trails, smoke, flame and gun blasts were all then painted in Paint Shop Pro X, finally adding a bit of blur and sepia toning. Hope you like it, cheers!
