Description

I decided to go in another direction for Mad Science..I even got a little story to go with it. Enjoy. Muahahahahahahaha!! Professor Wolfe was ruthless to the extreme, but a brilliant scientist. Over the last 22yrs hed managed to claw his way to becoming the worlds leading X-O Biologist. But even he had to laugh and wonder at the level of pure nastiness and evil hed sunk too, to be placed as head of this government research project. They say that the alien craft this was found on was a cursed wreck floating abandoned in space. Fools! Didnt they know there was no such thing as monsters? With a self satisfied smirk he lifted the glass on the Cryo-container to get a better look at the specimen as it floated gently on a cushion of anti-gravity. Maybe his rivals were right he was the monster they believed him to be, but didnt they know only he deserved the Honor of examining mankinds first contact with alien life? It was a shame they were dead, now his name would be the one to go down in history. Hubris or hybris (Greek βι): according to its modern usage, is exaggerated self pride or self-confidence (overbearing pride), often resulting in fatal retribution. 1884, from Gk. hybris "wanton violence, insolence, outrage," originally "presumption toward the gods," of unknown origin.
