Description
This poor pear tree was struck by lightinig during a terrifying/amazing electrical storm recently. The bolt that did this damage set off all of my daughters battery powered toys and blew out several GFI circuits. With my families health intact & $500 later (tree removal & stump grinding) I can look back on it and think the carnage makes for some interesting images.

Really awesome opportunity. I am fascinated by the sort of damage done and that the battery powered toys also reacted. How sad the tree couldn't be saved (well, just look at it... sort of a lost cause now...) because it looks as if a tree of two is called for here. :-) Wonderful shots.

I had a much larger tree split in my front yard(16"diameter).luckily I rented a chain saw and cut it down before it fail on me or someone else.I like your collage very much
