Description

This is a Bee. :) This is a Thistle. :) Postworked to death? Probably, but .. I like it anyway. Hope you do, too. Some may think it's too dark. I think this is cool! Plus, don't ever try to please all the others, you will loose yourself. I shoot it and if I like it, if it shows my emotion, then it is all good! Good work.

Great capture of the bee in flight and the thistle in bloom, love the postwork. It's a work of art. This reminds me of my first trip to Scotland. The thistle to Scotland is like the Maple leaf to Canada, the Eagle to the USA or the Shamrock to Ireland. It is their national emblem. On my visit I went to Kelso Castle they had thistles there five feet tall, the stems nearly as thick as my wrist. Most people label it a weed, it is very under rated in my oppinion. Bravo!!!!!
