Description
Just another experiment in my self-education process.
I'm largely happy with it, except for the parallel lines on the rearmost mountain. Don't know where they came from; can't seem to get rid of them.
Thanks to all of the nice people who have been commenting on my previous works. Even criticism is helpful.

Nice scene. Play with a few more renders with different lighting. I go through many different sky and light settings before I'm happy with my own work. Bryce has a very good learning curve, one can become better with each attempt.

Those vertical lines are really more apparent in the closeup. Not bad in the gallery view. I like the blur in the foreground: makes it appear the viewer is flying by at high speed!

I like the terrain. I thin it looks very realistic. What I've started doing is using Bryce to render a terrain with a couple of different material surfaces. Then I copy/paste these renders onto layers in photoshop and play with the transparency until I get something I like. My Mars renders often have up to 6 different textures, if you can believe it. On in all, I think you have pretty darned good render.
