Nice outfit indeed! Often, when seeing outfits, what really makes the diference is the cloth folds. The skirt looks just great, but I guess the shirt would need some more folds, maybe between the breasts. My 2 cents.

Very nice kind of reminds me of some Japanese fusions. I would agree with ElBoria a few more folds or wrinkles on the vest would give it more a realistic feel. Other than that I think everything is just fine as it is. :)
