Description
Moving away from SITH lords and JEDI for this one, I adore R2-D2, he is such a cool-cat. I would name my child R2-D2 if my girlfriend would let me, but it’s not going to happen. The two droids from the Star Wars films, next to the light sabers, we by far George Lucas’s most genius idea. Shame he moved away from them with the new three, but there we go…
Moving on, this image was inspired by watching Empire Strikes Back on Sunday afternoon, it was on TV while I channel hopped and it was just at the bit when the Rebels shut the shield doors and Chewie cries out because Han and Luke are lost out in the snow storm. I just thought, I wonder if R2 had another search the next morning while the Rebels had their breakfast and coffee while the speeders where made ready?
I just gave me a mental picture of R2 on a ridge looking out over the icy, snow covered plans scanning for his lost friends as the sun came up. And here is that image. Enjoy.

You make a very awesome render, but you seem a little confused. Obi Wan is what you should name your first born. And since I'm not having any more children, my dog will be christened with that name. Really excellent work.

This is amazing. Sure, there are no naked ladies or what not but the scene is so awesome. Such Dedication from a little droid...unheard of! Awesome again.
