Description

When I was a kid, Mom used to take my sister Jo and me to ballets and concerts at Carter Barron Ampitheatre in Washington, D.C. One long ago summer evening we saw the ballet "Midsummer Night's Dream" by Mendelssohn. With the fireflies flitting about, the stars overhead and the beautiful music, it was a night I will never forget. :*-) That experience inspired this picture.

I am glad your parents took you all to see it. I am interested in where you got your fairies, are there more varieties available? Lightpen.

Thanks Sylvia, Lightpen. :-) Those fairies are actually Poser 3 figures that I posed, after making the wings and skirt on the lady fairy myself. As you can tell, this picture was created some time ago. ;-)
