whew! it's been hotter than heck here in mid-tn! over 100 degrees 8 out of the last 7 days! (you don't see numbers like that often!) really lookin forward to 105 tomorrow! anyway. here's a chillin image for y'all!

Well, here around the Lake Erie/Lake Ontario area it's been downright cold for August! I mean, whoever heard of needing TWO sweatshirts in August in the Northern Hemisphere? But I'm not complaining, it's been great dog-walking and going camping weather! The coolness keeps the bugs at bay! It looks cold enough now, so you could probably turn that ice/snow/sleet making machine off. That's what that fantastic metalic thing is, right?
