Boo shoved her fear down and replaced it with anger and determination as she strode across the Royal Ballroom to where two men huddled together next to a covered corpse. In the far end of the hall, the crowned prince, Salva Hunered, was shouting complaints about the lack of air-conditioning in the hall. Dokka turned and raised up to meet whom ever was clicking across the hangar-like hall to him. He blinked in surprise at the dimunitive woman with pink skin and blonde hair. She came to a parade-rest and eyed him with commanding authority. She spoke in a tone that commanded immediate obeyance, "Capitan Dokka Tkarro? My name is General ChiBoo of the Department of City Survival. I am officially taking command of your investigation, and placing you AND your personnel, under the direct control of the DoCS. I am taking this action as per my commission to this rank and office as of Canivale of last year by ALL ranking Royality of this city." Dokka's first thought was that she had lost her mind. He said softly,"BOO! Are you well? You should go lay down. I know Chol's death must have taken an IMMENSE toll on you, but you can't just dress up and act like.." She snapped, "CAPITAN! I AM a General, as appointed in a legal triumvirate of Ruling Royality of this city. Do you wish me to convene an inquiry into YOUR actions leading to the introduction of a retro-virus that attacks the free-will centers of the brains of my and other slave races on this city to incite them into open rebellion? Dakk Looked shocked. Dakk said, "She's spot on! We're both almost 1 degree centigrade over average body temperature. I thought I caught a cold on the surface." Dokka said, "Me,too." General Boo said, "You're on the edge of a 1200 meter diameter temperature sphere. EVERYTHING within that area is one degree warmer. The temperature within the sphere is growing and the sphere is slowly increasing in size. The core of the sphere is EIGHT degrees warmer than the surrounding area. No possible reasons for this heat exist. The heat started being noticed at around 3:22 PM." Dokka studied his memories and came to a shocking conclusion. He rasped out, "518's pants were set fire to by mysterious means at 3:02 PM up on the promenade desks of the city-mall area! We've had several reports of fires around the city since then. Chol Flamel's was the FIRST fatality." Boo looked the cloth draped corpse of her now former master and said grimly, "He WON'T be the last. Unless we co-operate in the investigation. Do I have your support ,Capitan?" Dokka sighed and snapped off a smart salute and said,"Ye,Mam! We're at your disposal." She almost smiled , but just nodded grimly and asked, "Was that airship out there, the one your specialist on it?" Dokka bit back on how she could have POSSIBLY known that.
