thee_immortal_one is right, but otherwise this is exemplary! You could get away with just horizontally flipping one iris. I decree all textures from now on must be at least this good, forever! Looks like Jennifer Connely. Didn't see earlier one yet. :-)

Great but, the iris of the eyes should be at least a little different. The left and right iris are exactly the same in this image.

personally I think its one of the most realistic textures I've seen here. The skin looks VERY real. We'll swap you one of our textures for this one! I love this!
