Description
Another shot from the Gaylor Lakes hike. This was an unusual verticle crack in the granite with orange lichen growing in it. I enhanced the color slightly and darkened the surrounding rock just a little. I hope you find it as interesting as I did!

In the thumbnail it looks computer generated art and I am glad I did since this photographs of yours boredr on being almost an abstract, considering it has most of the elements. In particular I like the contrast betwen the Lichen and the silver coloured rock, which helps set off a nice contrast to the deep red Lichen. Thank you for sharing. egmont
