Hmm, arr. yes another big tank thing with a fussy effect overlay. I don't mean to sound insulting or anything, but please try something you haven't done before. I know I for one tend to post images that are all of a similar vein as well, but at least I'm also working on other stuff, and trying to do new things, to learn more about what can be done. You have the ultimate creative tool, and clearly the talents to use it. Please don't waste it on another over sized military hardware piece. Pagrin

Obviously you should post exactly what you want to post. As you are on my favorite list, I must admit that my viewership has fallen as the 'distressed-overlay-vignettes' are 'blandifying' the hard work you've invested on the models. Clearly, you've got a strong factory sense for being able to pump out a lot of images quickly (and I haven't posted in months) but I'm gonna lean somewhere near Pagrin's opinion on this one. It would be good to see these great models in a different atmosphere. Let some depth come through that is being flattened by the textures.

Boy its a good thing you have not seen my other site.:D Just trying to get things down. I think I am trying for a Chris Foss meets grunge, tracers, big tank type stuff. Chris Foss specialized in Spaceships and one could say the same about his work. For now this is what I do. There are some other images within the gallery, not many, that are of other things.:D

Only my opinion of course but I can look at mechs all day. Original mech designs are like gold dust and this one looks a highly practical piece of battle field armour. Nice to be spared yet another Mad Cat. Impressive though it is, I'm not surprised your distinctive style generates positive and negative reactions! Ok some of your models are a little too fantastical for my taste but I've seen others you've done that are brilliant military sci-fi, so I can live with what I find less appealing. I'm always interested in seeing your posts.

Well, whatever, this is one hell of a great scene, and the overlays, or whatever technique you're using, is very effective. Nice work! Do what pleases your own sense of creativity, and the heck with anything else!!
