Description
FYI: Take also a close look to the pilars; Gaudà found his inspiration in the branches of a tree. The jagged objects of the pilars will be filled with coloured glass lamps (just have a little patience for a couple of years to see that in real).
Most of the pilars are different and are constructed with various materials. Also, the form of the section at the beginning of the pilar is completed different from the end section, it's like made with the loft function in a 3D-program, only at the time Gaudí designed this church, there were no computers nor 3D-programs. Nowadays, they use custom-made machines to realize this.

Gracias por esa serie. Soy una fanatica de Gaudi y hace anos que no voy a Barcelona ver el avance de los trabajos. Fantastica foto esta, es la mejor de la serie... hasta ahora :-)) Me quede emocionada. Espero que continue a brindarnos!
