BIOBorn 1973 and living in Germany, I never did anything creative before in my life until I started working with Bryce and PaintShopPro in February 2002. With the power of these digital tools I'm now able to explore and express myself in a way I never dreamt of.
The help and feedback from the Renderosity commune enabled me to develop my skills in the last months. Using many different styles and techniques to create my works, there is no special style I prefer, but architectual works are what I like the most today. And of course, Woodies are important for me - can't get them out of my head. ;-)
Since July '02 I've taken my first modelling steps. I'm glad that I am able to give some freebie models back to the community which helped me so very much.
I'm looking forward to a great and creative time at Renderosity.
Take Care,
Der Jimi

Den Weichzeichner habe ich bei der Figur mit Absicht angewandt, um Bewegung zu simulieren. Ist mir anscheinend nicht so gut gelungen... ;)

Not being a Poser user, I don't know all the ins & outs involved, but I was impressed by the texture. It seems rare around here to see a Poser figure with an ethnic look, and it's a refreshing change, particularly since it's not being used in a stereotypical situation. The blur is extremely effective, and the expression on his face clearly shows what's on his mind :-( I'm having a little trouble with the rocks, though. Until I read what you wrote, I thought they were actually part of the tree and was wondering what was holding it up! Maybe if they weren't brown? Overall, this picture really gets to me - especially since I'm acrophobic (afraid of heights, in case you don't have the same word in German). I can feel it in my gut! (Oops. Sorry this was so long.)
