Traveling in space for extended periods of time can sometimes be like traveling in a desert without food or water. There are regions of space that radiate so much energy that they can cause one to become delusionary. One such region is the called the Illusions of Atar. This region of space is filled with light, energy, and a myriad of miniature planets and other floating materials. The objects in this corridor of space are composed of highly reflective materials. The constant bouncing of light provides colorful entertainment but can also cause one to become confused and disoriented. It is almost like being in a house of mirrors. The good news is that unlike the sailors of old who had to rely on their visual senses, this passage lane in space is now navigated by using specialized navigation equipment that filters out excessive reflections. Thank goodness for the modern technologies of the year 3012. Because of this new navigation equipment, the Illusions of Atar is now a part of a tourist sightseeing route.
