Description
Inspired by the movie “The 300” the battle of Thermopylae by Frank Miller originally in comic book setting (not to be confused with history). Two scenes; this is the second called the “Spartan Swordsman” the other was the “Spartan Lancer”. Studies taken from screen grabs depicting snap shots from the battle sequence and placed in front of Bryce created backgrounds specifically for the scene (they were protecting a mountain pass). In DAZ a Poser model was used to reenact the screen grab to serve as a base model on which all other detail would be built upon using a Wacom tablet to fill in all the intermittent layers. Photoshop used to composite the Bryce background together with the DAZ model.
I had much fun creating them. I hope you enjoy them.
