Let me get this crystal clear... people are fighting for the right to slowly kill themselves, over a long period of time, for an outrageous amount of money they'd probably have better use for.
It's not like anyone is arguing that cigarettes good for you.

Hey Rainbow girl...it's not so clear cut to me. There's an author named D. Lee, who died of lung cancer. She was a friend of mine, and she spoke out for her right to do as she wanted too...until she got lung cancer. Then, suddenly, she thought about the rights of her husband to have a wife and her children to have a mother. Too late, unfortunately. She posted something to the net, which has since vanished, that said that the hardest thing she'd ever had to do was to tell her husband that her cancer was inoperable, and how he broke down and cried like a baby. She felt so so bad. I'm a big believer in doing what I want, as long as it hurts no one else, but smoking doesn't just affect one person. It affects, or potentially affects, every person associated with that person. I guess I'm still not completely over my friends death, and I'm still a bit angry.
