Now this is a work of pure genius! A simply exquisite B&W with such a warm atmosphere, especially from the mist on the right hand side. The timing is perfect to capture every full length of sun ray coming around the tree. Excellent. xx

Wow. Another shot that I'm still waiting for the opportunity to take! Great composition - the sunlight filtering through morning fog and trees, a nice reflection - just great. Did you convert this to b&w? I know I shouldn't ask but I'd love to see it in color too :) I don't know if most people know this or not, but I just learned about it - If you're converting color photos to black and white, the Channel Mixer in Photoshop is the way to do it! a not so easy picture to take, the bw reveal the mood, nice level, just enough of contrast. compo classic but still effective :OD nice shot ! yep, channel mixer is an excellent way to work ! but there is many other ways too :oP
