Description

This hover fly was making a total little piggy out of himself. He was literally rolling around over and over again inside this chicory. I backed off for this shot as to not piss him off - mad small flying insects do frighten me. Thanks for viewing!

I don't blame you for backing off, the amount of times I've had the perfect shot lined up and focussed and just as I'm about to press the shutter, the darn thing just buzzes straight for me and makes me jump back LOL!! This is another superb capture though, the colour of this chicory is beautiful and the DOF is superb, allowing the flower to pop out of the picture. Excellent. xx
