Description

Well heres the last one.... and she would be Hawkgirl from DC Comics. I didnt want to merely depict her as thus, but wanted to squeeze in her Egyptian background as well, coz I find it one of the coolest stories theyve come up with. The story goes, Prince Khufu (Hawkman) and his consort Princess Shay-ara (Hawkgirl) battle an Egyptian Sorceror and lose their lives. Thru the ages, they die and reincarnate together continuously, bound together by a special metal (which they use for armor and allows them to acheive flight, among other things) and fight crime. In the most recent incarnation however, Hawkman cheated the cycle of death and rebirth - but with a terrible price, as it also broke their link. And while he remembers everything, she remembers nothing. Hope you guys have a happy... um what is today again? Oh yeah... Thursday! Now that story is ironic! Usually it's the guys who forget birthdays and anniversaries! LOL! I like this one the best out of the series with all that fantastic gold and the warm colors! Fabulous work with the painting and creating the outfit and trinkets and stuff! Just gotta love those clever Egyptians! Outstanding work!!

Amazing lighting tones. Great character and pose. Lovely face. Fantastic painting. With that mace she's holding, I don't think it would be wise to talk to her about clothes...
