Description

This is what I was really going for when I first thought up this image. Why it looked nothing like this, is because I was still learning how to get the clouds to look and behave the way I wanted them too. I have now found a way to create these dramatic skies within Vue without having to use MetaClouds. When I have built up a nice little collection of skies, I may create a pack that you can buy, so let me know what you think. There is no post work in this image. What you see is what Vue rendered. Right, thank you to everyone who took the time to comment on my last few uploads. The Lush poppies and grass are by my friend Linda (FrenchKiss here at Rendo). House downloaded through Vue form Cornucopia3d website. Trees are one of the Gnarly trees, also from cornucopia3d. Thanks for looking and feel free to comment. Take care Gareth:¬)

The clouds are fantastic. I love your use of light - always wonderful. This is a wonderful image, rich in colour and the feel of the vegetationl. Beautiful work!!!

Ok, here goes: Good work with the clouds, but i would try to make them a little less present on the far horizon (just over the trees) The light shining trough the clouds is fantastic and the misty 'feel' you get by looking at the lake is also very good. Don't know which i like the most here, this one or the 'postworked' one. They are equally impressive !!

Wow, both images are excellent. I Like this one better. The mood is exceptional. I do agree about the clouds however and you might want to consider no lens flare. Just a thought.
