Description

This is just to complete a series of 3 b/w images. It was done during Janet's course. At that time she suggested to color it, but despite of many approaches I didn't get a satisfying result. Again, an ordinary Julia with mt's fBmPopcornTrap, and -I think- Samuel Monnier's SFBMII for the background. Thank you very much for taking time to view and comment my recent uploads! It's sooo much appreciated. Nice day to all of you, Cornelia

Wow - this is stunning! The 3d feel is amazing! Kind of like a macro shot of some strange plant. I think the choice to go with b&w is great. Looks fantastic:)

I really like the contrast between the background and the main structure. Good job.

Even in black and white, it looks alive. I love the texturing and the patterns in this. The whole composition is outstanding. A fav for sure! Bunny

At first glance, this little guy looks very hostile, but when you look at all the much smaller spines, it looks almost soft! Love the plastic look of the larger spines too -- great image!

How, oh how, have I missed these last few pieces of yours? And me, who adores monochromes! My apologies...because each is more than worthy of any comment that I might be able to offer. A glorious and splendidly textured beauty! :)
