Description

Pure FE. I was shaken by your response to my prevous picture, Gold Rush. Not only has it surpassed my previous "most favourites" picture after many months, but it was favourited by the best fractal artists out here, some of whom are sometimes even honest enough not to praise what they don't like. What to upload now? I'm sure I can't reach the same heights any time soon. Oh, well ;-)

Ahhhh, we all come to that crossing of surpassing ourselves. You'll get over it. The swelling of the head does go down after bit. ;o) Sorry, I couldn't resist with a little teasing. Your work always has a touch of elegance or detail that will always draw us in to look. You can count on that. Lower your expectations of yourself and you will be just fine. :o) Bunny

This is just absolutely GORGEOUS! Your last one, Gold Rush, I really wasn't so fond of, though I did find a little bit that I liked about it, and that's what I commented on. I try to find something that I do like about a piece, and comment on that, even if, overall, I'm not fond of the particular piece. Art is all so subjective, anyway, that nobody's going to like everything all the time. But this one, however, I am totally in love with! The colors are some of my favorites, and the whole thing blending together with the lighting and shine is wonderful! I may not have made a fave out of the last one, but this one's going straight into the fave list! :D

Wow..glowing and positively embryonic, Lipa! Personally, I find myself commenting on many, many posts....and while some certainly aren't my taste, I fully realize that mine are not wholly others' tastes as well. But, there is always something redeemable...even if only one aspect...in any image, at least in my mind's eye...if for no other reason than it is an individual's expression. And, what's better than that? So, I seek that aspect in each image that I view. Besides, we all need a bit of artistic encouragement now and again...stuff that's given freely and positively...to reach, stretch, and explore beyond our own bounds...even when a particular image surpasses our own personal best as far as general acceptance goes. Your work is always evocative...and rich in character...this making it (and you) unique in its own right. Thanks again for another fascinating view :)
