Many thanks for all your comments on my last image. Most appreciated. :) The above image was created in Vue 6 Esprit. I recently purchased a license to activate the Ecosystem feature in version 6 of Vue and I've come to love this feature. If you're not familiar with Vue, the ecosystem function allows you to quickly populate your terrains with plants, rocks or any object in your library at the click of a button. And it's doing it without overwhelming your system. Check out the Vue gallery in rendo, there are some amazing examples there :) Many thanks for viewing this image. I hope you like it. Small update: E-on Software has released a personal learning edition of Vue 6 Infinite (which has more features than Vue 6 Esprit, including the ecosystem feature). True about all you claim of Vue. I own Vue 6.5 Infinite and the eco system is one of its best qualities. Began with Vue 4.2 Esprit and upgraded each version. The image here, looks great. The material on the stone texture on the shack might have needed a lower scale setting. The grass eco-painted scene is really good! The atmosphere is also good.

I just signed up for an online class for Vue6Infinite. It's the only way I'll learn as I just don't seem to get it done on my own. The populate and wind functions are what I am interested in learning. Really looking forward to it...starts Sept. 1st.

Ahhh... this is the kind of peaceful and relaxing little corner of paradise when the average family of homicidal cannibals can retire to pass their lifes in contemplation of nature and living out of farming (and the occasional passer-by of course...) >;) Cool looking picture - kind of a painting feel and a detailed environment - this new ecosystem feature work great for populating nature scenes... i think we would need something like that to work in real world too! LOL! Nicely looking!! :D
