Description

Well I was able to download a free copy of Daz Studio. What an interesting program! With the free characters that were included I was able to make this sample picture - and it took me a while to even do that! But at least it shows that I am learning the program. I want to be able to get Poser and it is currently on my wishlist.

Not bad for your first scene!!! You probably want to make the image larger at some point, but that will come when you learn more of the program. There are a lot of tutorials here at Rendo and also at Daz if you get stuck on something. Good luck, I'm sure you will love the program!

For everything there is a first time, and that’s the charm of it. A part of the fun is learning. I hope to see more pictures of you in the future. Good luck!

Quick tip on hair go to scene tab next to content tab click on v3 then abdomen unitl you get to head then drag hairstyle directly under head listing this parents the hair to head so it doesn't look crooked, good job for first time also once you have morphs for all of v3 you should be able to adjust bangs and all other kinds of things, It's fun!

Thank you all for your comments and compliments. Addiction is right! Since I first posted this picture I have been learning new things about the DazStudio program. It does take time and patience!

I'm progressing though! I just uploaded a render of me (sort of) to my renderosity gallery! The best thing about the render is the hair - which is just how my hair looks - frizzy but the render is minus the glasses I wear! I had fun rendering and post-editing this picture and am working more on a better rendition of myself - with DazStudio of course!
