Thanks for your comments. Here are version 2 of Vickies monster texture. As adviced I worked on the lips but also on the eyebrows area and the entire skin of the head.

Thats looking extremly good She almost looks real. the only crit that i have is the nose area, it looks kind of stretched. Good work ;)
