You did a great. No one would guess it was a first effort. (Just save a lot and watch your layers and you'll be fine.) But the content is really very powerful. Part of the appeal for me is the way that you suspend the feeling of space. Your angel is in the clouds, in the sky and hoevering over Earth watching over the ship. Gives a real feel of omnipresence that an angel should have.
