this is my first bryce model, did a simple boolean operation, and then played with the rendering options a bit...

Great use of the depth of field...but you might want to change the texture of the table or whatever the bowl is sitting on...It looks kinda like liquid.

yeah, i thought about the water texture thing, and then thought about how long the render took. decided this was good enough for me :)

Good start, I like the depth blur (didnt know you could do that in Bryce (I only have version 3). Would look great if you turned down the reflection slightly on the water texture so that you could see thru to the inside of the bowl. Nice work, keep it up. Also try www.Deviantart.com
