View from Plateau Point, Grand Canyon NP, AZ. Hiking down and up again the Bright Angel Trail is strenuous!

Good heavens I had no idea it had gotten this muddy. The natural water ways through the grand canyon have been monkeyed with so much that the water levels have dropped to very sad levels and some tributaries have dried up altogether. Still, this is an awesome view. The deep cut in the rock is stunning. Wonderful pov.
