Description
Space holds many wonders for us. Of these wonders, one draws us to it because of its name. The Man in the Moon formation is a most interesting formation due to its bright and fiery colors and because some of the shapes in this formation are likened to that of a crescent moon. The energy within this formation emits a glowing radiance in shades of red and gold. The combination of which gives it a fire red appearance. Particle streams flow in, around and through this formation giving rise to the dancing crescent forms. It is definitely an attraction that draws the crowds and is on the must see list in our universe guidebook. On this particular day, we were able to capture the Man in the Moon formation during one of its outstanding displays. Here we see one of the larger crescents forming. It is surrounded by smaller crescents that have not yet attained their full bloom. This would explain the paler shades of their coloring. Interspersed within this formation is a highly reflective material that reflects light like twinkling stars. Rumor has it that there is an even more dramatic display of energy in this formation. I am not sure how this show stopper can be topped. Created in Apophysis. Thank you for stopping by to look at my art. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. I send a heart felt thank you to those of you who favored me as an artist or favored one of my images. I appreciate it very much. May you always have light on your path of life and may it lead you to your hearts desire.
