Description
My little sister recently got married and I made the cake for her. This title suggested itself to me after I got to thinking about the transient nature of the art of cake making. A thing of beauty (well they liked it anyway...*smiles*) was a joy, well not forever...but until they wielded a large knife and chopped it into little bits. Such is the destiny of a wedding cake to live from the moment of its creation in the shadow of the knife.
Well, the cakes duration may have been fleeting in the grand scheme of things, but I wish my sister and her new husband a long lifetime of wedded bliss!
I hope the concept of this group of photos gives you a chuckle, though I wasn't really sure what category to put it in. But love and weddings = romance
