Very nice. It reminds me, somehow, of the Mars series by Edgar Rice Burroughs. Take off the helm, and it could be John Carter... Of course, then the moon would have to be different, wouldn't it. Hmmmm... Anyway, another great image. Masterfully done, as always.

This is so funny. Less than a week ago I wrote in the comment section on one of your recent pictures that it was close to a painting I wanted you to do about two Spartan women fighting in a Spartan arena. What I didn't say was in the picture there would be a Spartan Hoplite approaching from a distance. And now there he is.
