Description
Janelle watched with fear as her sister called upon the spirits. She wasn't sure if Lucinda was calling good spirits, or a darker evil who would fulfill her desire for revenge upon the ones who caused the death of her lover.
I dont really have a story for this, just this little lead in to set the mood. Rendered in Daz, minimal postwork in PSP8. I'm still working on lighting in Daz.

DLG - As has been said, a little light on the face would improve an already wonderful scene. Little Janelle looks suitably uneasy. Excellent render!

DLG :) Very mysterious lighting with excellent mood!!! Hmm.. disagree on lighting her face.. The fact I cannot see it makes her a tad evil and enhances the mood IMHO.

~ DLG ~ Exellent work here. The lighting is perfect for this scene. The one thing I do see is that the reflection is too strong for the chalice, as it seems to be in the shadows a little.

DLG- - -> Fantastic scene! Very good lighting and poses. All the textures turned out nicely other than the chalice that Rundwulf has already mentioned. For this scene it probably would have been better to remove the ref-map from it altogether. Still a great job!

Great picture. I like the story of the girl in the forground, but I have to say the girl in the window gives me the creaps.(that might be a fear of peeping toms on my part though).She looks like more of a stolker than someone happening to spy on something bad. I still think the picture is cool though.

Wow, excellent mood! The composition is perfect and the lighting is well mapped out. If, as you say, you are still learning lights, you are off to a great start! :) As already said, a little point light by the woman's face would really heighten the tension because it would be nice to see her expression which can't be good if she's calling up spirits who will help her take revenge for a murder. Ouch! :) Very nice render.
