Description
We visited a Tea Factory in Sri Lanka which was very interesting. Afterwards we were having the obligatory cup of tea (delicious)when we saw a lot of ladies coming down from the factory, where they had delivered their tea pickings for the day. Me (being me!) called them over. They seemed to come out of the woodwork!! They were so lovely and we had a bit of a laugh. (The mad English lady with the camera around her neck had hit town again!!)
They absolutely loved having their picture taken and I duly gave them some rupees for their trouble. They were so happy and we had such a good time.
I particularly like this picture - such a lovely lady don't you think?

Being a tea drinker I can apprectiate your story and this wonderful photograph. Love the laugh lines around her eyes and nose. The tea must of been exceptionally wonderfully and peaceful to drink.

Another fabulous portrait of one of the local genre, Sis! Great colors/colours, detail and lighting effects. I wonder if she ever thought of visiting a dermatologist concerning that big brown spot above her nose.
