Two places I aways wanted to go to in my home state were Paris, Texas and Peggy Texas. At least I know what Paris looks like... wonderful photo! Say, Richard, I've been talking with a few people and we all think you ought to dash over and get some shots of that mammoth spider web. As I recall, you don't live too far from there and it sounds stupendous! So what do you say? Up to a little drive? oh, and since we know spider webs look so much better when they have been misted, be sure to take a spray bottle (or ten) of water and mist that puppy down first for a glistening affect! Do you have a wide angle lens that will take in 2 football fields worth of web??? LOL

The ivy softens that brick wall but the tower is beautiful, a shame all the trappings of the modern era get in the way of this lovely building.

Everybody tends to look at the new glass and steel in Texas cities. We forget that there are lovely old neighborhoods with architecture that goes back to the 19th century. Thanks for the reminder, Richard.

It does look a little Parisian, doesn't it? :) Too bad all those electrical lines are in the way. You should show them Athens, Dublin, and Turkey, as well. :) Nice shot, Richard.

Beautiful perspective here! I always love green-covered structures. Hey, is this the town that had all those wicked tornadoes a few years back? Just curious... :)
