Bangs head on the desk Ohh yeah, I love Jacksons so much! This model is so finely detailed that I'm having a hard time trying to find a flaw to shatter the realism! Your modeling skills are just outstanding and the texturing is spot on! You got that tremelo system perfectly! I would just love to get my hands on this model for sure!! Superb work, this is just crazy good!

Cool guitar.

Great textures, nice modeling. What guitar did you use as a reference? This looks to be a soloist with the 2 hums, but it's a bolt on, so it should be a DK1, but DK1s doesn't have that pickup configuration. I'm just curious. There's one problem with the model, the headstock, i don't know if it's just the logo or the whole headstock, but it's wrong. I have 7 of these beauties, so i should know, lol! Very cool job nonetheless.

Thnaks for the comments :) Kuerbote > my reference model is a Soloist USA SL2H model. For the details of the headstock you are sure right as you own those guitar i can just dream of (while i don't see my errors) :)

Nice level of detail. Pagrin :-)

Very nice model and render. Just curious why hexagon for the modeling though?

Thanks ! Tammy > i originally come from the Eovia product line Amapi->HExagon and Carrara. With the recent acquisition of HExagon/Carrara by the DAZ company , i'm moving away from these products. So i've switched from Carrara to Lightwave at the moment. The rest will come later :)
