Lots of work on Adriana here, have to say that I'm not fully happy with the result, but there wasn't much more I could do. Her skin was.. not good.
Any critique is highly appreciated.

I can tell there is some heavy retouching here, but it doesnt detract from the shot to much, her eyes and smile are both strong focal points. I would love to see a copy of the original untouched.
