Thanks for the comments all... as for the postwork, there is a tonemapping tutorial here on the site that will get you a start. The rest of the postwork took about three hours or so and involved the usual suspects: selective noise reduction, exposure equalise, shadow/highlight, curves, levels, perspective straightening, spot burning, selective contrast (sky) plus the usual saturation and color balance tweaks, high pass sharpening, and smart sharpening. All of the lighting work is necessary because the tonemapping really flattens the contrast and the noise reduction is used in areas that the tonemapping exagerates noise (sky, shadow areas). I'm not sure if I like so much postwork.For example here it fits perfectly!I love the atmosphere and the mix of blue and yellow,but it depends on the subject.As I said,this one is amazing!
