Description

This image is a bit different from my usual style. I was experimenting with Vue materials and lighting. This effect was achieved with two types of glass combined using boolean operations. Some of you may say that the background is too empty. I could easily have "crowded" the background but my intention was to isolate this glass statue, keep it pure. I felt it was powerful enough not to need any "fillers" and that in fact any other object would just distract from the purity of the materials, colors and pose. I hope you agree. This is 99% direct render, only signature and a slight level correction was made in PS. Thanks for watching!

i think that's one of the best poses i've seen in your works. very dynamic, very natural. the visual effect is great. nice job with materials and lighting. i think the simple background is very effective and powerful.
