Wonderful work. It looks ominious, with 2 large dark eyes looking at me. The other thing it kinda resembles is a oil drilling platform like they use for offshore drilling.

I think it would be great to take a boat ride out to this beautiful sculpture and then look up at it to see its magnificence. Beautiful work and colouring.
